It was soo cold! I didn't really bother to dress up in SF because it was so cold and I only had my jeans and jacket and my beanie to keep me warm. The next time when I go there I will be smarter. 23 degrees there might be considered hot but when there is wind I tell you even the locals there said that their balls were strinking. HAHA That's what a guy exactly said when we were on the boat.
I can't remember the name of this restaurant, but there are really good food all around that area, especially seafood
