Day 1, once we put down our luggage at the hotel we immediately went out to venture Hong Kong.
First place we went to is Mong Kok. The escalators there are SUPER DUPER UBER Long. I love the interior, somehow it reminds me of Sota.
The number one thing I came to HKis for MONKI! I have to admit, when I enter into Monki I went crazy and also dizzy because there are colours and mirrors scattered everywhere! But well at least I found something I really liked
Lunch at a chinese restaurant which I was pretty reluctant to go in at first. But when I tasted the food, it was heavenly, EVERYTHING was heavenly till I didn't even bother to take any photos.
The spring onion yi mian is so good!!! The XLB is the best omg I miss the taste of it now. Everything is way better than swee choon or victors kitchen. ( hahha DUH)
After lunch we immediately went to H&M and we were disappointed at how small it is. But we were told that there is a very big H&M at central so we didn't buy anything from there
Aape store is everywhere, Brandon will go crazy when he is here. Not only it is everywhere, all the shops are very very big
Came across Initial, the shop looks like KIN. I love everything there but I didn't get anything because it was the first day. I wanted to spend my money carefully. I want to have money to spend until the last day!
Hongkong is not that dirty after all! Look at this! Even the lift buttons are sterilized every hour!
The escalator handles too! But of course bringing a bottle of hand sanitizer around would be a smart choice.
Knitted stuff all around langham place. It is so pretty. Honestly I find that hongkong is more artist friendly as compared to Singapore
After shopping like crazy we finally booked into our room. The room is really very cozy. I love the toilet the most
Lunch near temple street. WAS SOOOOOOOOOO GOOD! I must say that the food we took on the first day was the best as compared to the rest of the days. Okay other than Disneyland. Disneyland food is really good too. ( I will blog about that probably tomorrow.)
Came back to the hotel and we immediately used the computer. Thank God that it is Mac, because I have no idea how to use Windows. Wifi is almost everywhere in HK so I wasn't a cold turkey after all.
Thats all for now, see you tomorrow. BYE!
